Kizuna - 2013 graduation

So yesterday was my graduation...

[And as a warning, this is a diary. My opinions are different from yours. Catch my drift? If you do, read on.]

The red carpet excellently placed at the center aisle, just waiting for proud footsteps of both students and parents to approach that wonderfully decorated stage with the Father Rector's throne-like seat (which almost got no seat-time) to shake his holiness's hand and get that prestige. The moment almost every, if not all, students life that cherishes the end of school life(for the most of us) and the beginning of what they call "the real world" (or unemployed days, is what I'm calling it).

Tears were shed, medals were given. Makeup went to the drain because of all the emotion present. Shoes were... well, they got dirty. And sweat was shed..never forget about all that sweat shed.

Okay, so what, right? "it's gonna be another one of those posts about thanking people..."

NOT!

What are my thoughts about graduation? Well, I don't think it's much different from an ordinary day. It's a bit of a hassle, really. You get to wear that suspiciously "funky-smelling" toga along with that oh-so-itchy hat. You'll be sitting there for at least 5 hours, waiting for the rest of the names to be called. And with ours done in the open field, let's not start with the dust and heat.

"But...! It's a celebration! You're SUPPOSED to treasure it!"

Sorry, I'd get more 'fun' from normal school days. Just hand me the paper and let me go.

"You don't deserve your paper, lol..."

I know that. So what? You deserve yours. Why the heck would you care about mine? You got more than five reasons for me to shut up, so I ain't fighting with you. You want me quiet, right?

...and here we go. It's not all about hating the ceremony. The last speech was actually pretty damn good (although I don't exactly remember her name, or award received). It summarizes what I'd say would be "What should be" the experience we must get. Heck, she even planned to get the crowd's attention in her opening. That's gotta have some credit.

Anyways, I dunno... It's 65 bad to 35 good for me. I just don't feel it. I'm glad for the others though. They really worked hard for it (AFAIK). I'm glad I saw my old professors too, even shook my hand.

So, dear reader, how was your graduation? Or how did it go during your time? Either way, we shouldn't forget the most important thing we got during our stay in school. What would that be, you ask? Simple:
